Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of PharmaVault, operated by PharmaVault in Kenya. By creating an account you agree to them.

What PharmaVault is

PharmaVault provides study material — written guides, past paper collections, flashcards and multiple-choice questions — organised by academic year, unit and topic for University of Nairobi medical students. Some material is free; the rest requires a paid subscription to the relevant academic year.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the University of Nairobi. Our material is revision support written by students. It is not official course content, not a substitute for your own study and lectures, and not clinical or medical advice. Nothing here should be relied on to treat a patient.

Your account

• You need an account to subscribe, and you must give an accurate email address.
• Your account is personal to you. Don't share your login.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Keep your password to yourself; tell us if you think it has been compromised.

Subscriptions and payment

• Subscriptions are bought per academic year and last for the period shown at checkout, starting when we receive confirmation of payment.
• Payment is by M-Pesa, processed by IntaSend. We never see or store your M-Pesa PIN.
• Nothing renews automatically. M-Pesa cannot charge you without you entering your PIN, so a subscription simply ends unless you choose to pay again.
• Access is granted only once payment is confirmed to us by the payment provider. If a payment is taken but not confirmed, contact us and we will resolve it.
• Prices may change, but never for a subscription you have already paid for.

What you may and may not do with the material

Your subscription buys you personal access. You may read, study and make your own notes from it.

• Don't redistribute, resell, publish or share the material — including posting it to group chats, drives or other channels.
• Don't scrape, bulk-download or copy the library.
• Don't attempt to bypass payment or access controls.
• Don't share your account so that others can use a subscription they haven't paid for.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things. Where the breach is serious we may do so without refund.

Availability

We aim to keep PharmaVault available and correct, but we can't promise it will never be down, and we may change or remove material. Content is provided as-is. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Kenya law.

Ending your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing pharmavault.contact@gmail.com. Closing it ends any remaining access; see the Refund Policy for whether money comes back.

If we change these terms materially we will say so on the site. For anything at all, email pharmavault.contact@gmail.com.
